Two Maleny players out for season

The last round of Sunshine Coast Reserve grade rugby saw two players from the Maleny Bushrangers ruled out for the rest of the season.

University versus Springfield at the University of the Sunshine Coast No. 1 Oval.

On Monday we posted a poll on our Facebook page asking whether we should cover Reserve grade games played along side A grade games by default.

Noosa coach Michael Phelan believes the 39 points to 0 score line was not a reflection of the quality contest provide by opponents Goodna.

This weekend we’ll be heading south from the Coast again. We’ll be covering the QSRU/SCRU game between Goodna and Noosa at Goodna.

Network Ten has lost the broadcast rights to the Big Bah League for at least the next five summers.

The Sunshine Coast Falcons will take their round 20 clash to Stafford Park in Hervey Bay on July 28.
