Toads win SCRU Challenge Cup
The Nambour Toads traveled to the Witta Rec Club to take on the Maleny Bushrangers on Saturday.
After tailing by two points at half time, they took out the contest 26 points to 19.
Both clubs now move to the second phase of their season.
Falcons defeat Souths
The Sunshine Coast Falcons got their second home win in a row defeating Souths 14 points to 8.
This win comes after the Falcons defeated North by a late field goal last week.
Fire out of FFA Cup
Sunshine Coast Fire have been knocked out of the nation wide FFA Cup by the Gold Coast Knights.
The final result was 3 goals to 2 in favour of the Knights.
