Albert Park an option for Sunny Coast league GF
The Gympie Devils (blue) played their home games at Jack Stokes Oval in 2023. League games in Gympie were played at Albert Park in the past.
With Sunshine Coast Stadium set to undergo renovations later this year Gympie’s Albert Park is being considered an option to host the 2024 Sunshine Coast Gympie Rugby League Grand Final.
SCGRL President Jodie Price told Seven Local News,”At the moment we’re actually looking at Gympie, Albert Park as an option for our Grand Final. Going a bit retro for our Grand Final.”
The Gympie ground could also be an option for the Sunshine Coast Falcons is they qualify for the Queensland Cup finals.
