Caloundra have taken back to back Sunshine Coast Rugby Union A grade premierships downing University 30 points to 15.
“It’s different to last year,” coach Geoff Ingram said.
“It’s probably more rewarding, it’s [been] a bit harder.
“We’re proud of how the boys have settled in, and just improved and played good footy against what was better opposition this year.”
The feeling was one of relief after for Ingram.
“You’ve got a target on you’re back all year.
“Anything other than a winning it again is a failure.
“But also, just really proud of how the boys have gone about, how they’ve played and how they carry them selves.
