USC Buderim took out the Sunshine Coast Cricket Association Women’s Twenty20 premiership Sunday, defeating Yandina by 48 runs.

Yandina won the toss and elected to bowl.

USC Buderim scored 135 for the loss of 4 wickets off their 20 overs.

They then restricted Yandina to 88 for the loss of 8 wickets.

“[It feels] absolutely awesome,” said USC Buderim captain Maree Chown.

“We finally got one after three seasons.”
